.About Me
I'm a senior software engineer at ASML Silicon Valley, I obtained my Ph.D. degree from Department of Computer Science & Engineering at University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida. My research interests are in the areas of big data, databases, scientific data visualization, and massively parallel computing. I'm currently working on Lithography Manufacturability Check (LMC), a software solution for Resolution Enhancement Techniques/Optical Proximity Correction (RET/OPC) verification that implements cutting-edge technologies and innovations in algorithm, software, and computational methodology to deliver ultra-fast and accurate full-chip lithography simulation on unix-based network clusters. Education University of South Florida, Tampa, FL., U.S.A. Ph.D. student in Computer Science and Engineering, 08/2015 - 05/2022 University of South Florida, Tampa, FL., U.S.A.
